- Two contracting provider network options: our broad PPO network or our BlueChoiceSM network
- Outpatient prescription drug benefits, diagnostic testing, emergency care and physical, occupational and speech therapy services
- Benefits for preventive care services2
Blue Pathway and BlueChoice Pathway provide guaranteed acceptance for applicants who are at least one year old and under 19 years of age.

1 Children eligible for these plans will be approved for coverage, regardless of health status. Applicants must still meet any non-health related eligibility criteria and must not have other major medical coverage available to them for purchase.
2 Benefits covered as defined by national guidelines. Must use in-network providers to receive maximum coverage.
