Getting Started With Online Bill Payment

To be eligible for Online Bill Payment, you must:

  • Be a premium billed account OR a qualified ASO account. Premium billed accounts receive a monthly bill that lists each subscriber and the coverage they have selected. ASO accounts are billed based upon claims activity. ASO accounts making one payment per week are eligible for online payment.
  • Use Blue Access for Employers. Online payments can only be made through Blue Access for Employers. If you are not currently using Blue Access for Employers, Register Today!

If you are currently using Blue Access for Employers, log in and check your account home page:

  • If the Online Payment option appears in the Billing section of your screen, you can start right now! Click on the Online Payment option and then Create Payment Profile. Fill in the required information and you are on your way. Online Help is available if you have any questions.
  • If you don't have this option yet, you will need to request access to Online Bill Payment from your Account Representative. As soon as you have access, you will see the Online Payment option and you can begin.
