***Blue Points are only awarded for taking the general HRA and may be earned twice within any twelve-month period.

Eligibility
Participants must be:
- 18 years or older
- Current members or dependents of current members of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois during the Program Period (May 14, 2009 through July 14, 2009)
