How to Enroll in
Blue Medicare AdvantageSM
Whether you are enrolling in Blue Medicare Advantage for the first time, or switching your Blue Medicare Advantage plan, there are three ways you can enroll.
Online
You can enroll through our secure and convenient Blue Medicare Advantage online form beginning October 15, 2012. Medicare beneficiaries may also enroll in Blue Medicare Advantage through the CMS Medicare Online Enrollment Center located at http://www.medicare.gov. 
By Phone
Our Product Specialists will walk you through enrolling in Blue Medicare Advantage.
Call 1-877-213-1821 from 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. local time, 7 days a week.
From February 15 – September 30, alternate technologies (for example, voicemail) will be used on the weekends and holidays. TTY/TDD users call 711.
