Gifts and Prizes

Inducements to enroll, monetary or otherwise, are strictly prohibited. Any gratuities offered to potential enrollees must be of nominal value such as pens, jar openers and pill boxes.

Promotional activities such as raffles or door prizes at sales seminars are acceptable as long as:

  • The prize retails for less than $15 and is not in the form of cash, gift cards, or monetary rebates
  • It is promoted with the understanding that there is no obligation to enroll
  • It is offered to all eligible prospects and/or members without discrimination
