You can now use Blue Access for Producers to easily and securely update and maintain your contact information on file with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois (BCBSIL).
Click "User Profile" at the top of any page to update phone numbers, fax numbers, e-mail addresses, and mailing addresses. BCBSIL will process contact information changes in 2-3 business days.
