After sufficient "testing" of dual-identifier claims submission, a provider will receive a  "Congratulations" Postcard from BCBSIL confirms their transition to NPI-only status.*

*NOTE: Upon receipt of this notification, providers who submit claims electronically should contact their vendor to ensure that the vendor is ready to submit NPI-only claims on their behalf.
