Upon receiving the iEXCHANGE ID, User ID and temporary password, reset the password to something only your office administrator will know. Click the "Password Reset" button below, complete the form and choose "Submit".
The iEXCHANGE ID will always remain the same for all users in your office.
The User ID that BCBSIL provides is for the office administrator in your office. The office administrator in your office sets up and maintains the individual accounts.
