| Provider Affairs Education Team Mission Statement |
The mission of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois (BCBSIL) Provider Affairs Education Team is to educate and inform internal and external customers through the timely and effective presentation of exceptional programming that:
- promotes an understanding of BCBSIL products, product administration, policies, procedures and resources;
- promotes administrative efficiency among HCM staff and the provider community; and
- enhances service to BCBSIL members.
