My favorite part is the yoga classes.
I received an e-mail from Blue Cross Blue Shield with advancement of the classes and it was in my area and they were offering for free and so I thought I would want to come and visit.
It was very easy to follow the instructions.
I was a little confused because I did bring it back and then that's when they said no, you have to mail it.
And I got my results in a couple of weeks.
Very easy, very painless.
I liked it a lot, you know, help me start to more get into physical activity, you know, starting with the yoga.
Like I say, stretching, I do that on my own now.
I didn't, I never did that before going to Michael's class.
So it's been very beneficiary to me because I walk a lot now.
I walk probably 5 miles a day and so that helps me stretch and I may be sleep very well.
So I think it's been very helpful for me.
And I also was able to bring one of my brothers who's a little bit older than me and he's he's had a few conditions and he he can't wait to go to the class.
He tells me he feels so much better after classes.
So I was impressed that they allow other people to come.
I thought it was just blue Blue Cross Blue shield members.
So I thought that was awesome.
That would probably tell them the benefits, especially for a lot of men.
I have a lot of friends and not a lot of guys go to doctors all the time.
So, you know, they have a lot of different activities for men, Men's health, you know, they had doctors in there to answer questions.
So it's just a benefit.
It's just a win win and it's free that breathing exercise that I, I have to keep going back to other yoga class because the young man that teaches the class teaches us how to breathe.
I'm, I'm even incorporating that in my meditation when I'm walking.
So that has made a huge difference to me.
I don't, I don't get as tired.
You know, I pace myself a little more and I'm concentrating on my breathing.
