Online Programs Terms of Use

Participation in Blue Door Neighborhood Center (BDNC) online programs is voluntary. Please consult with a healthcare professional before engaging in any physical activities.

Participation in online fitness and/or exercise programs can involve movement, strain and other elements that create risk of serious injury or death. You understand that it is your responsibility to judge your physical and mental capabilities for such activities and programs.

It is your responsibility to ensure that by participating in classes and activities from the BDNC, you will not exceed your limits while performing such activity, and you will select the appropriate level of classes for your skills and abilities, as well as for any mental or physical conditions and/or limitations you have. 

You assume full responsibility for and risk of bodily injury, death or property damage or loss, regardless of severity, that you may sustain from your use of any online programs affiliated with the BDNC. 

Please consult with a healthcare professional before engaging in any physical activities.  Contact a health care professional immediately if you experience any shortness of breath, dizziness, chest pain, irregular heartbeat, or any other medical condition requiring immediate attention.

  By using these programs you hereby fully release, waive, discharge, and hold the BDNC, their operating centers, their respective officers, directors, managers, trustees, members, volunteers, employees, agents, vendors, or representatives past or present harmless from any and all claims, actions, causes of action, suits, liability, losses, demands, damages, expenses, fees, and cost (including but not limited to reasonable fees and costs for attorneys, witnesses, professionals, alternative dispute resolution, and courts) for any and all injuries, damages or losses (including but not limited to personal injury, death, or any other loss) that you may have or that may occur from your use of any program affiliated with the BDNC.
