The 2026 Annual Wellness Visit Campaign launched in February and will run throughout the year.
This effort encourages Medicare Advantage members to complete their annual wellness visit to stay on top of preventive care and identify any health concerns early.
How Medicare Advantage Members Will Be Contacted
We’re only reaching out to Medicare Advantage members who haven’t completed a checkup in the past 11 months. But members reenter the campaign if they haven’t completed a visit within three months of their last outreach touchpoint. These members may reach out to you with questions as they receive multiple touchpoints.
- Emails, letters, and text messages with reminders and a fillable Wellness Visit Checklist
- Scheduling calls at 844-349-2175 to help set up an appointment
- Targeted Facebook posts in February, May, August and October
