Reminder: Active Errors and Omissions Coverage Is Required

An errors and omissions (E&O) insurance policy helps protect you and your business from financial problems should you ever face litigation. As outlined in your Producer Agreement, it is required for all writing agents/producers. 

Be aware: Any commission earned can be withheld and placed on hold if we do not have your active E&O policy information.  

Do we have your current certificate of coverage? To check, navigate to the Blue Access for Producers^℠ portal to verify E&O policy information.     

• Log in to the producer portal. 
• Go to: Home > My Info > Errors & Omissions

Note: You must renew your coverage annually and provide us with the certificate of coverage upon renewal.  

To upload a new certificate of coverage:   

• Use the Producer Services link on the producer portal.
• Go to: Home > Producer Services > Request Assistance > Update my E&O Coverage

Note: If you have recently updated your E&O certificate, thank you for keeping your records current. There is no need to submit it again.
