Accounts Receivable Premium Phone Number Retiring Oct. 1

Effective Oct. 1, 2026, the Accounts Receivable (AR) Premium team's phone number, 855-267-0215, will be discontinued. 

Beginning on that date, all AR Premium inquiries and requests should be sent via email. The phone number is being removed from all communications and related materials in advance of this change. 

This update only affects how customers and producer partners contact the AR Premium team. There is no change to the service, support or assistance provided, and partners can continue to expect the same level of responsiveness and collaboration.
