On Sept. 1, 2024, we’ll update select codes in the 90630-90756 and Q2034-Q2039 Current Procedural Terminology (CPT®) code ranges. Not all CPT codes in this range will be affected.

Professional providers participating in our Preferred Provider Option and Blue Choice PPOSM networks may use the Fee Schedule Listing tool on Availity® Essentials to submit electronic requests and receive the contracted price allowance for specific codes.
