Annual Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS^®) Reports Are Available

Annual HEDIS reports for our commercial HMO and PPO networks are available on our HEDIS Commercial page. The reports include measures across domains of care reflecting effectiveness of care, access/availability of care and utilization.

The reports are based on 2023 data using HEDIS measurement year 2023 specifications. We release audited results annually for:

• PPO and Blue Choice PPO^SM plans combined
• HMO Illinois^®, Blue Advantage HMO^SM, Blue Precision HMO^SM, BlueCare Direct^SM and Blue FocusCare^SM combined

The reports include 2023 Quality Compass National Averages to compare our networks’ performance to the performance of other health plans submitting data to the National Committee for Quality Assurance.
