As a Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois (BCBSIL) Plan member you have the freedom to choose doctors and hospitals that best suit you and your family. Search our large network of doctors, dentists, hospitals and other health providers with our Provider Finder.

Care onTarget^®

If you have been diagnosed with a health issue, or you are worried that you are at risk for a health issue, take a survey to see how that issue might be affecting you. You will have the chance to learn more about that health issue and to get help for living with that issue from doctors and nurses. To access Care onTarget, log in to Blue Access for Members.
