Update to 2022 Telehealth Services

In support of our members and employer groups, in 2022 we will continue to cover the expanded telehealth services that we’ve covered this year. This is our standard coverage. 

We are still evaluating our members’ needs and may add services to our coverage. We will provide any changes to the current code list in the coming months.

This applies to:

• Our fully insured members and ASO customers. Benefit coverage will be consistent with the member’s health plan, including copays, coinsurance and deductibles.  
• Medicare members’ telehealth coverage is consistent with CMS requirements.
