• The Dental Network Lease Program is designed for self-funded, self-administered clients. The group maintains control of key functions, such as member eligibility, benefit determination, claims processing and more. 
• Dental administration options include administrative services only (ASO) and fully insured dental plan administration. BCBSIL handles all key functions, such as claims processing, customer service and reporting, while offering financial flexibility to meet client needs.
• Front-end/repriced claim services complement the Dental Network Lease program – repriced claims are transmitted to the client for adjudication on an 837D 5010 file.
