This benefit helps you with health care choices as well as choosing the best quality of care for you and your family. The program helps you understand the risks and benefits of your health care decisions. You will have access to:

  • Support to help you better understand your health issue and treatment options
  • Answers to your questions (or guidance if you’re not sure what to ask)
  • Recommendations for top-rated experts and hospitals
  • Help getting a second opinion when you need one

My Medical Ally/Alight is an independent company that has contracted with your employer to provide decision support and expert opinion service.
