Pregnant members can get online education 24/7 through YoMingo by Baby360. This program provides easy access to helpful information. It includes the tools and support you need at every stage of your health care journey and beyond. You can access YoMingo by Baby360 on any device. And it comes in multiple languages.

BCCHP offers VABs at no cost to you. Don’t miss out on these rewards! Pregnant members who get timely health care can request these items:

• Prenatal Care Incentive Options: Infant car seat or a pack and play (portable crib). You must go to a prenatal doctor visit in your first trimester or have the visit within 42 days of enrolling with BCCHP.

• Post-Partum Care Incentive: 2 boxes of diapers (Size Newborn to Size 3). You must have your first post-partum doctor’s visit within 84 days of your child’s birth.

The WIC program helps you get healthy foods at no cost and teaches you about healthy eating. WIC can also guide you to other programs to help support you with your pregnancy. 

• Who can receive these services? Women and their children who are:
  • Pregnant, breastfeeding or just had a baby
  • Infants and children, under 5 years old (including foster children)
  • Families with a low-to-medium income
  • Use the WIC Pre-Screening Tool  to find out if you might qualify for WIC benefits.

  • Make an appointment today. 
  • Find out what papers or documents you need to bring with you. 
  • At your appointment, WIC staff will check to see if you and your family qualify.

The FCM program provides service coordination to improve the health, social, education, and developmental needs of pregnant women, and infants (0-12 months) from low-income families in the communities of Illinois. Services are provided in communities through the state.

• BBO is a prenatal education and support program. It helps women with high-risk pregnancies. The goal is to have healthy pregnancies and healthy babies.
