Why RPP No Longer Opens from BAP^℠

To improve system security and align with future platform enhancements, the single sign-on connection between Blue Access for Producers^℠  and the Retail Producer Portal  has been disabled.

What changed:

• Access to RPP is no longer available through BAP.
• Now you will need to log in to RPP directly using your RPP username and password.

What you should do:

• Go directly to the RPP login page.
• Enter your username and password to log in.
• Bookmark the RPP login page for faster access.

You may notice a banner within RPP with additional information about upcoming changes and next steps.

Why this matters:

• RPP will be retired in late summer 2026.
• Additional information will be posted on the Producer Experience Portal.  Don’t wait, log in today.
