Help Your Q4 Renewal Submissions Go Smoothly

Applies to existing Fully Insured and Level-Funded Small Groups

As we settle into Q4 renewal season, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois has put together guidance to help streamline your renewal activities during this especially busy time of year.

Verify access to the producer portal: Log in to the producer portal and confirm you have access to all the groups you expect to be renewing this year. Renewals can be found when using the producer number that was used during the group implementation. If you do not have access, you will have to reach out to your agency's Blue Access for Producers^SM Delegated Administrator to create your user profile or update your permissions.

In the event you are completely unable to sign in due to technical difficulty, please contact the Blue Access Internet Help Desk at 1-888-706-0583 for further assistance.

Review submission deadlines: If you're ready to renew, keep submission deadlines in mind as they apply to renewal, off-cycle and billing-related changes for Fully Insured and Level-Funded groups.

Making submissions: Renewals, plan changes, anniversary date changes, and even group contact or address changes for your Fully Insured and Level-Funded groups can be submitted through the Request Center, found within E-Sales Tools.
